Swelter-Skelter! A Fan of a Story...

Ya'll it gets hot here in the Carolina's during the summer months! This will put a lot of stress on an old car's engine cooling system. In most of the forum posts you will find that may purists claim that adding an electric fan to your systems isn't necessary. Well that may be true for those in the cooler climates but in my opinion it sure can make a difference. In addition to adding an electric fan I decided to replace radiator hoses and the thermostat. I'm a fan... The stock radiator is good enough, however the engine mounted fan is relatively small and ineffective in outside temperatures above 80-degrees. Fortunately there is amble room to add an electric fan to help move air through the radiator to aid in the cooling process. Mounting the fan requires simply feeding some special "zip ties" through the radiator and trim them. This method avoids any new brackets and unnecessary nuts and bolts.
